They're given to those who attended the RLCS Season 7 World Championship LAN in New Bailiwick of jersey, redeemed via a lawmaking. I don't believe the codes have been issued yet (so no established prices either) but y'all'll eventually demand to buy a code off someone who has one. They tend to be expensive.
